Named after the Medusa Stage in the development of jelly fish when the polyp ejects the young jelly fish to drift in the sea, this work reflects on the different interpretations of that outcome. 

Does the medusa become food for others? 

When the Raft holding 146 survivors from the Medusa was cast adrift, was there a “Medusa Stage” which the humans had to go through in order to secure survival for a few.

Are humans simply food in the Covid-19’s world?
